Le retour du ciel bleu, les cols roul\u00e9s au placard, le grand retour des jupes, bref, cette saison on l&#8217;attendait de pied ferme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0, f\u00e9licitations, tu as surv\u00e9cu \u00e0 cette longue p\u00e9riode d&#8217;hiver ! On la connait tous cette p\u00e9riode cach\u00e9es sous le pled devant Netflix. L&#8217;alimentation n&#8217;en parlons pas (surtout avec les f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e, oups..). Et une flemme monumentale de faire du sport (dormir c&#8217;est plus facile..). R\u00e9sultat, une fois la p\u00e9riode d&#8217;hiver pass\u00e9e, la fatigue est toujours l\u00e0, on a du mal \u00e0 se remettre au sport. Alors tu es au bon endroit. Dans cet article, je vais te donner 5 conseils, pour combattre la fatigue accumul\u00e9e pendant l&#8217;hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Adopter une alimentation saine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce premier conseil te parait peut-\u00eatre \u00e9vident, mais beaucoup ne savent pas s&#8217;alimenter de fa\u00e7on saine. &#8220;Healthy&#8221; \u00e7a veut dire quoi ? Manger bio ? Arr\u00eater le sucre ? Arr\u00eater les f\u00e9culents ? Faire des micro-siestes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les siestes flash permettent un <strong>regain d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. Elles procurent un sentiment de d\u00e9tente et donc une r\u00e9duction du stress ainsi qu&#8217;une am\u00e9lioration de la concentration. Les jours o\u00f9 tu te sens plus fatigu\u00e9, que n&#8217;as pas eu un sommeil r\u00e9parateur, il est essentiel de recharger les batteries pendant la journ\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pendant combien de temps ? Il est conseill\u00e9 de faire des micro-siestes en moyenne de 15 minutes, et <strong>grand maximum 30 minutes<\/strong>. Cela permet d&#8217;\u00e9viter de mettre le cycle de sommeil en route et risquer un r\u00e9veil en PLS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand faire sa micro-sieste ? Le meilleur moment de la journ\u00e9e pour faire sa sieste \u00e9clair est <strong>au milieu de la journ\u00e9e<\/strong>, entre midi et quatorze heures, afin de ne pas perturber son sommeil nocturne. Faire 30 minutes d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique par jour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et oui, se d\u00e9penser est essentiel pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9. Il y a plein de mani\u00e8res de se d\u00e9fouler pendant la journ\u00e9e, sans pour autant se torturer avec des sports qu&#8217;on ne kiffe pas. L&#8217;essentiel est d&#8217;\u00e9couter son corps et d&#8217;adapter sa pratique sportive selon son \u00e9tat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors les jours de grosse fatigue, on privil\u00e9gie le renforcement musculaire, support de vitalit\u00e9, aux exercices de cardio, qui fatiguent beaucoup plus le corps. Par exemple, le yoga, les pilates, ou la musculation. Et pour les flemmards, tu peux \u00e9galement faire des marches en plein air, ou de la marche rapide sur ton tapis de sport. C&#8217;est une des pratiques sportives qui fatigue le moins, tout en br\u00fblant des calories ! Rebooster son syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les superaliments sont les parfaits alli\u00e9s pour sortir de cette p\u00e9riode d&#8217;hiver avec un regain d&#8217;\u00e9nergie. Les produits de la ruche sont en particulier tr\u00e8s efficaces, comme la gel\u00e9e royale, le miel ou encore le propolis, \u00e0 consommer sans mod\u00e9ration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il renforcent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et t&#8217;aideront \u00e0 vaincre la fatigue. Je te conseille donc de faire une cure de gel\u00e9e royale de 1 gramme par jour \u00e0 faire fondre sous la langue, pendant une dur\u00e9e de trois mois. Prendre un bain de lumi\u00e8re<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Au soleil, m&#8217;exposer un peu plus, au soleil !&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019exposer au moins 30 minutes par jour a des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur ta sant\u00e9. En hiver, les rayons de soleils se faisant plus rares, la vitamine D est peu pr\u00e9sente. En cons\u00e9quence, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire en prend un coup, et le moral aussi, \u00e0 force de rester enferm\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat, ton combat contre la fatigue se complique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, on sort ses lunettes de soleil et on profite du grand retour du soleil, pour prendre l&#8217;air. C&#8217;est bon pour le corps et pour le moral ! Et \u00e7a m\u00eame les jours o\u00f9 le soleil se cache.
