IX. ORDER

XI. SHIPPING

This delivery method guarantees the Customer the delivery of his package within 4 to 5 days of shipment. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and weekends. The parcel is taken care of by the Post Office or the relay point, and delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. If you are absent during delivery and if the dimensions of your package allow it, the postman will leave your package in your mailbox. Otherwise, you will find a delivery notice inviting you to collect your package from your post office within 15 days. At the end of this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us. XII. RIGHT TO RETRACT
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the non-professional Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal from JN GROUP , without having to justify its decision.

The Customer returns the order within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw in accordance with Article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code. Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is firm and final.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new with tags, free of any traces (stains, make-up, deodorant, etc.), unworn and unwashed, failing which the refund will not cannot be performed.
