IX. ORDER

Les produits commandés ou pré-commandés seront livrés aux Clients à l’adresse renseignée dans le formulaire de renseignement « Mon Compte » rempli par le Client lors de son inscription. En cas de changement d’adresse, il appartient au Client de le notifier avant de passer commande en modifiant ses coordonnées sur le formulaire de renseignement « Mon compte ». Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards de livraison causés par l’indication d’une adresse erronée ou incomplète par vous.
Seule la livraison en Colissimo et Chronopost pour la France et Monaco, et via UPS et Mondial Relay pour l’Europe sont disponibles. Les délais de livraison ne sont donnés qu’à titre indicatif et peuvent être dépassés selon des éléments indépendants de la volonté du Vendeur. Le Vendeur n’est pas responsable des disparitions de colis après dépôt officiel enregistré par le transporteur. Une fois le colis déclaré comme “livré”, la responsabilité du vendeur n’est plus engagée et aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.

Ce mode de livraison garantit au Client la livraison de son colis dans les 4 à 5 jours suivant l’expédition. Les livraisons s’effectuent du lundi au vendredi, sauf jour férié et week-ends. Le colis est pris en charge par la Poste ou le point de relais, et remis à l’adresse de livraison indiquée par le Client. Si vous êtes absent lors de la livraison et si les dimensions de votre colis le permettent, le facteur laissera votre colis dans votre boîte aux lettres.
